Shipping policy
Order processing times
Our on hand product orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Our “made to order” selections can take up to 4-6 weeks for processing time which is separate from the shipping time as we pass shipping on to 3rd party carriers. These processing times can vary depending on the work load and the order in which they were received and may be sooner or later than stated. We will always inform the customer if there will be a delay with their product. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order!
Shipping items
We ship from Minneapolis, MN in the United States. We currently ship to both the United States and Canada with plans to expand to new countries as we grow in our business.
- Orders shipping within the United States should arrive within 3-5 business days. (Following processing time for certain products)
- Orders shipping internationally to Canada should arrive within 7-10 business days.(Following processing time for certain products)
Shipping costs
- Orders shipping to an address in the United States with an order value or $49.99 or less before taxes have a flat rate of $8.
- Orders shipping to an address in the United States with an order value of $50.00 or more before taxes, have free shipping.
- Orders shipping to an address in Canada are offered UPS shipping rates which are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the products in your order.
